Stressful workplace but they pay well

Pros:-There is team work if you are in the right team- You learn to be a survivor- 2 times bonus a year- Cheap cafeteria food for staffCons:- Expect to work like a slave- Very indecisive management - One minute they expect you to be a `Yes man' and the next, you need to have your own idea. - If you are a mind reader, then this is the BEST place to work in!- A favoritism cultureWhat would you say about your employer?
