- spacy and clean office- given 2 monitor and 1 cubic to work- pantries with coffee machine in every level- work life balance(depends on project)- project culture is really rilex and cool- some of managers don't really know what exactly happened- manager busy to cover ownself when attacked by client

Pros

- cheap price if lunch in the office cafe, free parking, nice office, have playstation and xbox in my project, nice medical coverage

Cons

- low salary for the same job compare to other company, poor management, lack of opportunities to be promoted

Benefits are good but management is not very good. Maybe should be the one who knows the foreign language to become the team leader, not just some random people

Teribble company in my life.

Tech Mahinda is a super duper bad company , with no any benifit and career advancement.Managment also is bad, forever no respone for staff feedback.All the leader in techmahindra was bad and no responsible, do nothings and will not helping for staff. Is just bad and wasting time in this company, for those who intrested in this company please please think twice and triple.This company treat staff very badly they will not care for staff benefit just care for own benefit.

Competitive and can be bit stressful when it comes to issue. Got shift.

Competitive and can be bit stressful when it comes to issue. Got shift, no very suitable for a wife with small kids. OK for men, sometimes you gotta be ready to handle enquiries and issues from the user.

One of the worst place you can be

Literally struggle to make any sense out of the stubborn management. Feeding too many "leeches" who is unproductive and no action taken. Leaving the good employees taking up all the extra workload without getting appreciation. No career path for other race and even if there is, promotion without salary raise. Extremely high turnover rate for management position open for Malaysian.

It is good company for those who need to grow and explore their talent. Good culture. Peers are also very supportive. Hard work will not helpful, people should also smart enough to understand the circumstances.

Very good company

I have learned how to be independently managed high phase issue. How to multitasking, how to monitor and report monitoring tools, how to managed stressful environment, how to create multi job in fast phase and etc.

Fun working with expatriates.

I was a part of a good, fun, interesting and hard working team. Hardest part of the job was the working hours (night shift). Best part of the work is being able to work in a competitive environment with a good salary package.

Pros

Free coffee, tea and Milo.

No proper food vendor for night shifts & not good insurance coverage

Good place for desperate for job but not to build your career. Worse management, HR manager and Team Leader. The manager push the QC to make a fake report and send it to client. Very high turn over, guarantee you will see people will come and go every month.

Work Environment/work culture is good

Provides platform to grow professionally as well as personally. It has excellent flexible working hours policy. The salary structure is good too. Very good place to work if you start with best salary.

Very poor management

They basically just employ anyone without caring much about quality or trait of the person just to fill the headcount. Then they do BV few months and terminate people they don't want claiming those person did not pass the BV. It was a good place to grab any opportunity and for people desperate to find a job. Their managements are very poor with HR people siding to the managers. Also favour people of same race and too many office politics. They squeeze the death of you working with no proper compensation and force you to do various task that may be out of your job scope. Even threaten with possible disciplinary action that may include termination. Read offer letter very carefully. They do not discuss with you first before making a decision involving you, no respect shown to you at all. Salary is very below the market. However, if you quit and they in desperate to find replacement they are able to offer up to twice more than your current salary. Really don't appreciate and take care of employee welfare. Location is good and have free parking though park at your own risk and is not covered. A lot of monkeys too. Usually your colleagues would be just fine and kind, though keep in mind office politic exist so not everyone can be trusted.

company just care on clients satisfied

Worse HR team ever. No support Associate on HR things. Slow process for recruiment, make current employee tired and have to back up leaving employee for long time with no any allowance or support salary. Company and leader just care of clients satisfied instead of protect the team and respect capability and hard working of employment. Low salary, no bonus, no EPF for foreinger. Boring cafeteria list...

I gave and pursue many things. Worked on various environments including dev, prod and automation. Worked on multiple RDBMS like teradata, vertica and oracle.

no career path

working in shift 24x7 pattern nothing much to learn in the operation because every level in the different vendor, no bonus no overtime,full with nonsense people in the workplace
