Fun place to work. Friendly environment. Colleagues are helpful. Training will be provided. Had night shift work and allowance provided for that. Overall nice place to work

Bad worst of team leader in export majority all have gone

No respect or treat employees with harsh the team leader of export has worst attitude mostly all new had lack of experience with criticism and support which makes us frustrated and move on, yea u keep hiring 10 and all new and left no stable staff which can say no staff stay more than a year, no standard of hiring candidates which all new fresh and school students have not been in work place and come on its logistics you hire a kids for this jobs which can show the attitude and still out of control where can behave so can say like monkey or grouping still here management have to blame, bcoz listen to team leader with no competent and all staff leave no bcoz of company its bcoz of the leaders is bad and have no responsibility to handle the good staff or listen, Old building with no space to sit with broken chair have no parking and have to bear everyday my own money for that even can say have low pay with criticism nobody will stay

Good environment !

Good environment , but need to focus more about management and Team leader , Toll was 1 of the best place to work and great comunicate with all staff .

Low Salary

Low Package of Salary, where you will be paid differently according to races. Environment is not really comfortable because the building is rented and it is full pack of people

too much politics the bosses keep going higher amongst themselves and the staff are kept on par.there is alot of expenses on the management for food gatherings appraisal but staff gets one button n cert only monthly to achieve kpi tat too after working like mad.they prefer to keep talent average bcz if they allow them to rise then there wont be anyone to be chased around.growth very poor bcz they are many worth ppl here but they keep hire from outside and if they announce internal jobs there wont be ay interviews they select not sure how and anounce to you.been playing around with increment and bonus fr 2 yrs now but the higher post gets to go gatherings with bosses.while we just work 7 to 4pm and then just go back.sorry to say theyhave a attitude of you are replaceable so you cant be sure of your job here as they are not worried of why peope are leaving in bulks but if 5 leave they hire 3.for 5 yrs they never saw my talent but when i was leaving everyone asked me not to leave as im a good staff and they offered me many posts.which will not be fulfiled once i retract my resignation.good part is you can work here max 4 yrs for apply house loan buy car all but dont settle down here.great place for graduates just passing their time.

The best company

Toll Global Forwarding is the best company with good management. Environment is the best thing at toll and you can learn alot there because all the seniors and team leaders will always guide us and teach. Once in a month they will have award giving ceremony to appreciate staff that performed well.

Flexible working hour

The boss provided a lot of training opportunity and therefore I have learnt a lot from him. Besides, as there is a lot of resignation in the Business Unit office, thus, it provide more opportunity for me to dig and asking around of all the works which have increase a lot of challenge in this work

Open and Transparent

- very good environment because everyone is about age 20 years old until 30 years old therefore everyone is up to date and working life very efficient. -i learn a lot especially about custom for freight forwarding -i am impress with how the teamwork apply in this company, we did really work as a team. -the enjoyable part is we are having fun while working since the management also very friendly and always helpful -politic in working place could not be avoid where other company also face this kind of situation
