poor increment and benefit for staff
Engineer II, Production (Current Employee) - Shah Alam - 11 March 2022
The company gives the foreign general worker a higher increment compared to the local engineer/chemist some is double or triple to compile the standard. Staff benefit is often cut to allocate budget for the foreign workers to overcome the CBP issue

Don't work there unless you have a public humiliation kink
Engineer (Former Employee) - Selangor - 2 March 2022
Don't work there unless you have a public humiliation kink, because this type of scolding is common in TG. You are lucky if you have a good team leader, if not its very tough. The culture in the company is very toxic. The company expects you to work extremely hard but hardly rewards the staff... very stingy and calculative for a billionaire company.

Working in IETS Department is quite challenging
INDUSTRIAL EFFLUENT TREATMENT SYSTEM INTERN (Former Employee) - Meru - 9 February 2022
Working in IETS Department is quite challenging. Got several projects that needs to be implemented to reduce cost. Needs to get the approval from the upper management. However it is quite tough to do so since the last time I work there, only 1 engineer per plant.
