Extremely political, with a lot of backstabbing involved and people jostling for position and power. Very bad corporate structure, no clear guidelines for promotion or advancement.

UCSI is a very good University to work with and I have enjoyed working there. My Dean and Deputy Dean are extremely understanding and helpful. Coworkers are also friendly and helpful.
