All sections
Always says urgent and don't have any standard flow work. Flow work only have on book but they don't follow. So many work given by 2 or 3 leader and you need to finish it in same day.

Too much working hours compare to other companies
Too much working hours. From 8 am to 6.15pm monday to Thursday. Friday from 8am to 7pm. Other companies from 8am to 5.30 for 5 days. No food allowance,small transport allowance

Time
working time more than 10 hours a day, not following work regulations. Only Management get more benefit. Non Executive is nothing here. Even foreigner get more salaries than local people plus foreigners don't get deduction for income tax.

Must have skill in communication between you and leader in production. Never care about what races. Respect each other.Be discipline while working.

nice place to learn
very helpful teammates,very understanding surpervisor and top management sometimes have too many works need to work until 11 pm or more that that..but it fine to me already familiar with that situation..
