Great colleagues but bad management

For me I really love how the culture of work here which we practice a flat hierarchy. But it seems like the management level getting bad by day. Used to be very professional. Payrun a little bit too late. The HR does not value your skills and experience, favoritism exist here. The majority will be paid higher than the minority which is unfair. A good place to start up your careet in contact centre i guess?

Use to be good but currently, the team always micromanages. No room for improvement keep doing the same job and no increment. Certain staff can work from home but make sure you have good attendance. Good to gain experience

Fun working place but terrible management.

Met great colleagues and had a fun time working here. Salary wise are alright for starters/fresh grads. Management can be improved. Compensation wise, depending on people, for me, not so bad & fair.

Kpi is not achieveanle now. Collegue is the best. However management is a bit hmmm idk how to say. If git back log stay until finish. If you wnts to go anywhere need to ask permission but that one okay lahhh no problem.

Uncordinate team leader, worst management.

Worst experience ever! They promise that there will be work from home allowance for the internet, then after 2-3 months no allowance was given. Then when refer back to team leaders they said that there is no record of you work from home only office. So many umcordinated information. Not sure if they lied or just straight up careless. Lauching new system and there’s is so many error whenever agent raise the error matter to team leader they unable to solve due to they did not know how it work. But how could they even launch the system?? Most problematic company ever. The most highest turnover for a company. Dissapointed! 3 months of waste. When we ask for MC eventhought really sick they did not allow us. I think otherwise ur dying then u able to mc.

Stressfull

Handling chat for SG market. KPI set by management is achieveable. However, too many irrelevant rules. Before clock out work, need to get permission from team leader, ensuring that enough 9 working hours was fulfilled. If got backlog, need to finish your work even after shift with no overtime payment. If you want MC, they will ask you to cancel the MC and do other work instead. Or they ask to cancel MC and replace with AL. With the reason if you have MC it will affect your KPI. But truthfully who's KPI they are concern for ? Prayer room not comfortable, need to share both men and women. No ablution place, need to go to washroom and take ablution over the sink. Good colleague! They are very helpful.

Working colleagues the Best Here , everyone very helpful , we care each other and give moral support even we get retrenched. The bonding between staff very strong. The management Level Especially Operation Manager and Above The Worst. This Is Not The Best And Not Recommended BPO for you to joined. They're breaching labour law for non confirmation, with hanging the status employment for 2 months without any notice given. Without further explanation all by Operation Manager Instructions. Emotional Disturb with this company. Dont Joined if the Worst Top Management still exist.

Poor management

Super poor management, HR dragged us confirmation letters and it means extended probation. What a ridiculous reason and the financial department always late out payslip and always pay wrong amount of the salary. Really disappointed in this as a global company hope it will improve their management in the future. Good luck for whose working with this company.

Stressful

Overload work caused all agent under pressure all time plus with the nonsense kpi target agent need to achieve. Not recomended for those unable to control thier stress since the chat was spiked all time and need to finish all assignment on time provided (which given for 1-2 days only).

No job security and No work balance. HR non manageable. Internal policy keep changing almost weekly. Healthcare facility not offered as agreed in offer letter.

Good place to learn

Fun working environment and a good place to improve yourself. However, due to economy, they have to reduce their staffs. I hope they can fix that and stop hiring new staffs

Decent place to start as a fresh grad

Overall a decent place to get few years of fresh grad experience. Their pay can be some of the lowest in BPO market, but they do have a lot of different projects, always with high turnover.

Pay is well above minimum wage, the fellow employees were nice and helpful, career advancement is possible but may take a long time depending on the position. Fast paced environment with high workload (depending on the project you join).

This company are good but if you resign from this company ex staff cannot apply back to webhelp, already done interview me and ald done all the assesment. But the result is the hr tell that me she wanna to ask their manager can hired ex staff anot then already two weeks till no answer me back.
