Not Worth The Trouble

Working here was not a great experience. You feel like you are nothing but another number to them. Multiple times when we were understaffed instead of hiring more people, they cut lunches and breaks just to reach weekly SLA. Just my first month working there they forced me to help another team that were being slammed with calls and I had no idea how the systems completely worked yet. Overall, just not a good experience.

Typical workplace

Sufficient learning opportunity but a lot of mismanagement causing several long hours of work that was not very productive. Overall, Ok for freshers who need a start
