As a Service Crew member, you will:

  • Serve smiles and a mouthwatering mix of fusion eats from Velvet Cinema, blending Western and Local Delights to keep our guests fueled and happy including Velvet signature cocktails & mocktails.
  • Deliver excellent customer service that turns a regular dining and movie day into a memorable experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the outlet (because a clean space = happy customers!).
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures to keep things running smoothly.
