Key Responsibilities

• Register and check in patients, collect required information, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Ensure necessary forms and patient consents are properly completed.
• Answer and direct phone calls, manage enquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Handle billing, payment, and basic administrative duties.
• Assist with patient preparation before consultation, including taking vital signs and recording relevant health history.
• Assist doctors during examinations and basic clinical procedures when required.
• Manage medical supplies, medications, and pharmaceutical inventory.
• Ensure consultation and examination rooms are properly prepared and adequately stocked.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and proper arrangement of medications and medical supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and patient-friendly clinic environment.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. Candidates with a Diploma in Nursing, Medical Assistant, Healthcare, or related field are encouraged to apply.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Good verbal communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable handling basic calculations, billing, and administrative tasks.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to take ownership of assigned duties.
• Willing to learn, take on challenges, and work in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Candidates with nursing or clinical experience will have an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
