About this Team

What's the team function?

Front Desk Officer is responsible for:

  • handling walk-in warranty customers, warranty parcel packing and shipment arrangement, receiving parcels from couriers, identifying parcel sources, and entering them into our internal system for recording purposes.

What's your role?

  • Greet and welcome customers at they arrive at the front desk and direct them to the appropriate department or person
  • Assist customers with warranty claims, including the packaging and shipment of warranty items.
  • Receive parcels from couriers and ensure they are properly labelled and directed to the appropriate department or person.
  • Identify the source of each parcel and enter the information into our internal system for recording purposes.
  • Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the front desk area, including the reception area, waiting area, and other public spaces.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary

What's the skill required?

  • Good command (both spoken and written) in Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge is compulsory
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.

Do not worry about packing parcel as we have our dedicated warehouse team to take it on. You and your team will be provided will all equipment needed to perform live session and video shooting event efficiently..

You will be involved into various internal training and sharing session about latest market analysis and sales challenges. Also, you're expected to play an active role in brainstorming session and decision making meetings.
