What's the role?
We are looking for a Production Assistant to be at the core of our production. In this role, you will operate advanced digital printing machinery, including UV printing and Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing machines. You’ll ensure that every personalised product meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Your expertise will help us run seamless operations, 5 days a week, bringing customised products to life.

What will you do?
Day-to-day, you will:

• Operate and maintain UV printing machines and DTG printing machines for personalised stationery and lifestyle goods
• Ensure smooth operation of both machines, running them every day, 5 days a week
• Monitor print quality, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all products
• Troubleshoot printing issues and perform routine maintenance on both UV and DTG printers
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and manage production schedules
• Ensure all printed products are up to ana tomy’s standards of quality craftsmanship
• Manage digital files and artwork for printing, ensuring they are formatted correctly for both UV and DTG machines
• Keep the printing area organised and clean, maintaining a safe working environment
• Assist with stock management for printing supplies and ensure timely replenishment
• Help innovate and optimise the printing process to improve efficiency
• Communicate with internal teams to align on production timelines and customer expectations

Requirement
You'll succeed in this role if you:

• Have 1-2 years of experience in digital printing or a related field, with experience using UV printing and DTG printing machines (preferred but not required)
• Possess technical skills to operate both digital printers and related software
• Are detail-oriented, ensuring every print is of the highest quality
• Have problem-solving abilities and can troubleshoot issues with ease
• Are organised and capable of managing multiple tasks at once
• Have strong communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively
• Are proactive, with a can-do attitude, ready to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Are passionate about personalised products and delivering customer satisfaction
• Have a minimum of SPM or Diploma (relevant technical certification is a bonus)
• Have basic graphic design skills (preferred but not required)
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
