What's the role?
We are looking for a Fulfillment Associate to be the backbone of both our e-commerce operations and production processes. As our Fulfillment Associate, you’ll ensure that every customer experience exceeds expectations—from order placement to product delivery—by efficiently managing both packing and production. You’ll play a key role in processing and customising products using advanced printing equipment and handling fulfilment tasks with care and precision.

What will you do?
Day-to-day, you will:

• Operate UV printing, Direct to Garment (DTG) printing, and other machines like heat transfer, dye sublimation, and cover wrapping
• Assemble and pack customised orders with high efficiency, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Run daily printing operations, maintaining and troubleshooting printers, ensuring high-quality prints
• Process and organise customer orders from online platforms, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with both production and retail teams to streamline order fulfillment and product customisation
• Handle customer inquiries and manage requests related to orders, refunds, and exchanges
• Ensure all products meet ana tomy’s standards of quality craftsmanship before packing and shipment
• Manage digital files and artwork for printing, ensuring proper formatting for machines
• Keep production and packing areas clean, organised, and stocked with necessary materials
• Observe strict quality control at every step of the fulfillment process
• Communicate with internal teams to align production timelines with customer expectations
• Help innovate and optimise production and fulfillment processes to improve efficiency
• Maintain an organised system for tracking inventory and supplies

Requirement
You'll succeed in this role if you:

• Have 1-2 years of experience in digital printing, fulfillment, or a similar role
• Have technical skills to operate and maintain digital printers, as well as perform packing and fulfillment tasks
• Are highly organised, with a strong attention to detail and quality control
• Have problem-solving skills and can troubleshoot issues with ease
• Are a team player with great communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Can manage multiple tasks, work efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Are proactive with a can-do attitude and ready to adapt to changing demands
• Are passionate about delivering customised products and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Have a minimum of SPM or Diploma (relevant technical certification is a bonus)
• Basic graphic design skills (preferred but not required)
