Responsibilities:
- Identify Prospects: Research and identify potential clients in the target market. Generate leads through market analysis, networking, and referrals.
- Solution Selling: Understand clients' IT needs and pain points, and effectively present and sell our comprehensive IT solutions and services. Tailor solutions to meet clients' specific requirements.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients. Act as a trusted advisor by providing expert knowledge on IT solutions, industry trends, and best practices.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to drive overall company revenue growth.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest IT products, services, and technologies. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our offerings and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations. Clearly articulate the benefits of our IT solutions and address client concerns and objections.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals. Ensure timely and accurate processing of contracts and agreements.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal status. Provide regular sales reports to management, detailing progress and challenges.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure their needs are met.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in IT solutions sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
- Proficiency in sales software tools and CRM systems.
- Willingness to continuously update professional knowledge and skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
