Your Role: Web Developer (Junior/Mid)

We’re looking for a Web Developer to join our team, where you’ll be closely guided and mentored by a Senior Web Developer. In this role, you’ll be involved in building new websites and developing new features for existing platforms—an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys writing clean, functional code and solving real development challenges. You’ll work closely with designers and developers to bring ideas to life, contributing to both frontend development and backend tasks. This position is perfect for those looking to grow in a structured environment while gaining hands-on experience in real-world website development projects.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing new website pages and features based on project requirements
  • Translating UI/UX designs from Figma into clean, responsive front-end code
  • Building and updating websites using CMS platforms like WordPress (and occasionally Drupal)
  • Writing structured, well-documented HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Supporting plugin or API integration when needed
  • Collaborating with designers and developers to ensure seamless execution
  • Troubleshooting and resolving front-end and back-end issues
  • Ensuring websites are optimised for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:

  • Comfortable working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (especially WordPress)
  • Eager to learn and grow in both front-end and back-end development
  • Proactive, responsible, and committed to delivering quality work on time
  • A logical thinker who enjoys solving technical challenges
  • Collaborative and professional in communication and teamwork

Job Requirements

  • Nationality: Malaysians only
  • Experience: Minimum >1 year working as web developer
  • Skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress is required; Drupal is a plus). Familiarity with Figma is beneficial.
  • Education: Diploma or higher in Web Development, Computer Science, Multimedia or related fields
  • Language: Strong command of English (spoken and written)
