1、Familiar with labour law and human resources-related legal knowledge;

2、Familiar with employee discipline handling, employee relations and termination procedures is an advantage;

3、Able to handle employee matters professionally, objectively and confidentiality;

4、Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills;

5、Proficiency in English and Malay, familiarity with Mandarin, and experience in human resources employee relations are preferred.
