POSITION OVERVIEW:

Responsible for playing a key role in optimizing the manufacturing process, improving production efficiency, and ensuring consistent product quality. He or She must collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct data analysis, and lead initiatives for continuous improvement while driving innovation, and maintaining high product quality within the organization. To lead, drive and support our operation team which comprises of Production, Maintenance, Engineering and Warehouse and Planning for our Nilai and Johor Bahru Plant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Oversee and manage the overall operation strategy which includes planning of production activities.

· Manage and coach a team to meet agreed objectives. Be the key decision-maker for operational matters.

· Analyze and determine demand trends to ensure that production has sufficient capacity to meet customers' orders.

· Be the key person to deal with internal and external parties in handling the operations matters and on any issues arise.

· Understand, manage and customers' expectations in terms of order fulfillment, timelessness, and quality.

· Obtain customer feedback and maintain customer satisfaction.

· Identify the root cause of customers' complaints (if any) and quickly resolve the problems.

· Regular follow-up with the production team to ensure the operation runs as per plan and is responsive to the changes.

· Follow up with production and purchasers to ensure we have sufficient inventory to fulfill customers' orders.

· Integrating and optimizing the process and doing recommendations or suggestion planning for process improvement when needed.

· Identify, propose, and implement improvement needs (if any) in the overall operations activities.

· To perform any assignment assigned by a superior or management from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering / Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical or equivalent.
• Minimum at least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
