Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of guidance to junior technologists/scientists for clinical laboratory procedures and test guidelines.
- Perform a variety of clinical laboratory tests.
- Perform quality control on test results, ensuring validity and accuracy.
- Perform calibration and troubleshooting on testing systems and instruments to ensure adherence to established standards of accuracy.
- Perform phlebotomy procedures as per company established SOP to ensure optimal quality and quantity of samples.
- Perform job-related duties as assigned by the Lab Manager.
Key Requirements:
- Degree (Medical Lab Scientist) in Biomedical Science or equivalent science courses.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in laboratory department.
- Experience in a supervisory positions will be an added advantage.
- Able to work on rotational shift.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
