Full job description

Job Summary

Responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services to the CEO for business and personal appointments. Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport the CEO to meetings, appointments, events, and other destinations.
  • Plan routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure punctuality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
  • Arrange vehicle servicing, maintenance, road tax renewal, and insurance when required.
  • Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly.
  • Assist with ad hoc errands, document collection, and deliveries as assigned.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the CEO's personal and business matters.
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, or overtime when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
