Responsibilities:

• Act as an operational extension of the CS team to ensure all customer orders and requirements are executed accurately and on time.
• Provide timely and accurate updates to CS on shipment status, delays, and completion progress.
• Support CS in resolving operational issues by coordinating directly with warehouse, transport, and inventory teams.
• Ensure all customer instructions are clearly understood and executed.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers through consistent communication and reliability.
• Respond promptly to customer queries, concerns, and requests in a professional manner.
• Provide clear updates and manage customer expectations, especially in the event of delays or issues.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 year of experience in Customer Service / Transportation.
• A degree in Logistics is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with transport and operation activities.
• Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and other related systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
• Must have own transport due to be based in PTP Johor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
