Full job description

Project Coordinator

Location : Kg Melayu Baru ( near Subang Airport/ Kg Melayu Subang)

Working days : 5 days

Nature of Business : Established packaging manufacturing for FMCG products

  • Coordinate and monitor project timelines to ensure smooth execution from planning to completion
  • Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress tracking reports
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, production, warehouse, and internal departments for project arrangement
  • Follow up on material readiness, packaging materials (PM), and finished goods (FG) delivery schedules
  • Ensure co-packing projects meet customer requirements, deadlines, and quality expectations
  • Monitor stock availability and arrange replenishment when necessary
  • Prepare quotations, costing calculations, and project-related documentation
  • Track project status and highlight any delays, risks, or issues for immediate action
  • Work closely with the sales and operations team to support customer requests and urgent projects
  • Maintain accurate project records, reports, and filing for future reference
  • Assist in process improvement to enhance workflow efficiency and cost control
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma and higher
  • At least 1 years of working experience in production planning and supply planning
  • Able to communicate and written in English & BM
  • Excel in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
