Full job description

Responsibilities:

· Handle day-to day operation, reporting, filing

· To respond any customer query/complaint and to facilitate its prompt resolution.

· Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

· Attend to customer inquiries via phone call, chats, emails and website.

· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer

· To provide information, alternatives and solutions to customers on products and services.

What you should know or have:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email etc.)
  • Fluency in English and Malay
  • Passionate in delivering top notch customer experience and willingness to learn attitude.

Requirements:

· SPM

· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

· Responsible, positive attitude and self-motivated

· Applicants must be willing to work nearby Melawati and Taman Permata.
