Job description:

  • Provide administrative & operational support to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage procurement & purchasing documentation including PR & GR transaction.
  • Coordinate goods receiving & maintain accurate inventory-related record.
  • Manage invoices, delivery orders, billing records & supporting document.
  • Coordinate with relevant department on administrative & operational matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Administration or a related field
  • Basic computer skills
  • Responsible, patient, and able to deal with workers

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
