Core Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor services.
- Support finance tasks such as invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Assist with onboarding and provide administrative support to staff.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provide general administrative support to management and departments.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
