Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and excellent customer service
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
  • Handle cashiering and customer orders accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and outlet appearance at all times
  • Ensure daily operations run smoothly according to SOP
  • Assist with stock handling and basic outlet duties

Requirements:

  • Malaysian, age 18 and above
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn
  • Responsible, punctual and hardworking
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Experience in F&B or retail is an added advantage (training provided for fresh candidates)
